We will be having a stall and entering in the procession at this year’s carnival.

As many of you will be aware Buntingford Carnival is on Saturday 21st June this year. Classes will all continue as usual on this day but you should be aware that the High Street will be closed from 8am until around 5pm and there will be no access for vehicles to/from Freman College between around 2pm and 4pm as the Procession will be gathering. For those who attend classes at the URC Hall the church will be open and serving teas and coffees outside (weather pernitting) so it may be a bit busier than usual.

This year we will be having a stall in the High Street and will be joining in the Carnival Procession.

So we are asking for volunteers to help run our stall for an hour and for Pupils to join in the procession.

Those joining in the Procession should meet at 2.15pm at Freman College (and look for Miss Tasha) in time for the judging at 2.30pm. Under 10’s should be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The procession then starts at 3pm and heads down Bowling Green Road, left onto Baldock Road then right up the High Street. It will end in Vicarage Road. Children must be collected from Vicarage Road.
