At Buntingford School of Dance we support our students to be the best they can be, whether they dance for vocational or recreational interests. Our teachers are passionate about delivering high quality dance provision across a variety of genres; Ballet, Modern/Jazz, Tap, Street/Commercial and Contemporary & Acro. Students have the opportunity to participate in Exams in some genres, Shows and Workshops with many going on to vocational training and dancing professionally. Megan started dancing with BSD age three and participated in ballet, tap and modern classes in her years with us. Megan’s favourite genre was Tap and her favourite show memory was ‘In Miss Christina’s Garden’ as she was very excited to get a Bee costume. Another of our alumni dancers performing at the weekend is Chloe. Following BSD, dance continued to be a huge part of Chloe’s life at university. As part of the dance team she competed nationally winning numerous awards not only as a member of the group team but also as a solo dancer.
