Terms and Conditions for Online Dance Wear Uniform Sales
1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online store for dance wear and uniform items provided by Buntingford School of Dance Ltd
1.2 By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Product Information
2.1 We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations may occur (e.g., colour or sizing differences due to screen displays or supplier changes).
2.2 All items are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative or full refund.
3. Ordering Process
3.1 Orders can be placed through our website www.buntingfordschoolofdance.co.uk
3.2 Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed once the items have been dispatched.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including payment issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
4. Payment
4.1 We accept payment via a variety of methods including credit/debit card.
4.2 All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
4.3 Any additional charges will be clearly stated at checkout.
5. Collection
5.1 In most cases, items will be available to collect via the class teacher. For leotards, skirts, shoes, shorts, cardigans, tights, socks and supplementary items, we aim to have these available a.s.a.p. within 7 working days. Items printed with the BSD logo may be subject to a longer delivery time of up to 15 working days.
5.2 Shoe fittings. All dance shoes to be fitted. Following purchase, a meeting time for the fitting will be agreed before or after the pupil’s class or another suitable time at BSD premises. Please order using regular UK shoe sizes.
6. Returns
6.1 Items including leotards, shorts, skirts, cardigans are returnable with 28 days of collection/delivery if in original packaging and condition unless faulty where statutory rights apply.
6.2 All dance shoes are to be fitted and are then non-returnable unless faulty.
6.3 All BSD logo items including t-shirts, bags, tracksuits and zoodies/hoodies, hair accessories and underwear including all tights, socks and bras are non-returnable unless faulty.
