Thank you for all the entries for the Choreography Competition.
We are all looking forward to the Competition next Saturday 5th December and we are very pleased to welcome Fin Waller as our Adjudicator this year. Please see details below for everyone coming along whether to compete or to join the audience.
Miss Philippa will also present Exam Certificates to all those who took exams in the Summer Term.
The Venue: Gym at Freman College, Bowling Green Lane, Buntingford
Time: 3pm for 3.15pm Start until 5pm (approx)
Competitiors
Please hand in or send your music by this Saturday 28th November. Music should be either on CD and handed in to your class teacher or given to Judith/Lynn at Freman or emailed in MP3 format to me at zoe.buntingforddance@gmail.com
On the day those dancing in the competition can arrive at Freman from 2.45pm to get ready- there will be access to the changing rooms.
We will have a detailed running order on the day, but we will start with our youngest and work through the age groups to our seniors. There will be an interval between Juniors and Intermediates. Competitors can watch the age groups in which they are not performing.
Audience
We welcome all parents, pupils, their friends and families to come along and support the competitors.
There will be a £2 entry fee for all those watching. There will be a short interval with refreshments and some of our senior pupils will perform while we wait for adjudication at the end.
Cake donations
We would welcome donations of cakes and biscuits (NO NUTS please) to sell on the refreshment stall. Please bring these along to Freman College on the Saturday Morning or by 2.45pm on Satuday afternoon.
If anyone has large hotwater pump flask(s) we could borrow for the occasion, that would be much appreciated too.
We look forward to seeing you and seeing what dances our pupils have created. All profits from the event will go towards the costume fund for the next show.
